1.) Artwork specifications: All artwork must be in black and white vector art file saved in Adobe Illustrator. No other formats are acceptable. If your artwork file must be altered a $75.00 (z) artwork charge applies.
2.) Drop shipment charge: For three of more ship to destination add $3.50(z) per shipping address. Please provide addresses in a Word or Excel document. Addresses must be provided with original order.
3.) Rush charges: Rush charge for custom molds is $75.00(z).
4) Less than minimum charge: For orders less than catalogue minimum add $50.00(z). The absolute minimum order is 50% of the lowest catalogue quantity.
5.) Hot weather handling: Shipments in warmer weather or during warmer months may require insulted carts with gel ice packs. Insulated cartons are $15.00(z). Expedited shipping may be required.
6.) Over-runs: We make every attempt to produce exact quantities ordered. Due to the nature of our manufacturing, we reserve the right to ship ± 5% and bill accordingly.
7.) Changes to orders: Changes to orders already in production may result in delayed shipment.
